Great place to eat. Burgers are the best I've had in a very long time. Try the fried potato salad! The staff are the best & the patrons coming in act like they have known ya forever! C'mon give it a try! You won't regret it!

Beer and Burger joint in Baxter Springs. I enjoyed a "Big Dog" - a chili dog with onions and tots as a side. Everyone at our table enjoyed what they ate.

The big dean is delicious. I do wish they would disclose on the menu that they only put half a slice of bacon on the whole burger.

Just passing through along Route 66 and decided to stop and try based on the ratings.. The Bilke's Best is hands-down one of the best burgers I've ever had. Cowtown kicker was excellent as well. We also ordered fried pickles, cheese sticks and onion straws as appetizers... while they were all great, I highly recommend the fried pickles and the onion straws. Definitely worth the stop!
